I was so impressed I made a full-price offer on the spot before catching my flight home to South Florida. Our house had been on the market for six months. We dropped the price twice, and we still had not received any reasonable offers. So we switched to Frank as our listing agent. Immediately, he made easy, cost-effective recommendations that would make our house more attractive to buyers (e.g., better yard cleanup, updating our stovetop which was an inexpensive fix, etc.) On top of all of this, Frank was able to be our eyes while we were trying to sell our house from out-of-state (before switching to Frank, our house was looking pretty abandoned). He was over there every week, blowing off our driveway and making sure things looked nice before all showings. Long story short, with Frank's outstanding efforts, we had two offers within one month and closed within two months. Frank is also an excellent communicator, which is a rare trait. He gives constant updates, honest advice, and is always available if you have a question or concern. Some folks out there will say real estate agents don't matter any more, that it's all about the price, the MLS, decent photos, etc. But we strongly disagree. Frank is the best.
