We purchased our property on Lake Keowee from long-time friends on very short notice. We had concerns about getting the process completed in our six week deadline (we would be traveling out of the country), not having an agent, and “negotiating” with a friend. All those worries were completely unfounded because we decided to use their agent as well, Frank Julian. The best decision in the whole process was to use Frank. He is the consummate professional, knows the area and locals well, and is an all around good guy. Additionally, in what is the worst negotiating stance we could take, we laid all our cards on the table because our friends were more important than a house and we trusted Frank to do the right thing while working for both sides. Easy decision and wonderful outcome; Smooth, easy process. Frank suggested a mortgage company that was spectacular and all the necessary contractors were helpful, professional, and, most importantly, timely.
Would definitely use Frank again. Although, after finding the perfect house, may not need to. ??

We had an extremely complex piece of commercial property to sell. There had to be interaction and communication between several government agencies and special care had to be taken due to our long relationship with the town of Clemson over 3 generations of our family. In selling the Astro Theater, Frank understood the Astro held special memories for most of the town and college graduates spanning almost 70 years. We were told many times that the Astro Theater was the place many prominent Clemson residents received their first kiss. Frank also had to communicate, negotiate, and solve issues with the Corp of Engineers, the Town of Clemson, DEHC, our desire to have a buyer that would add something to Clemson other than student housing, and carefully navigate through the demands and needs of buyers. Frank absolutely excelled in every single area, even handling a hot head like me, extremely well.
I can't say enough about how good Frank actually is at commercial real estate...other than saying, " If you are using someone else to sell your property; you made the wrong choice. Frank is undoubtably the best".
